Real estate transactions from year to year

The accompanying chart compares real estate transactions in
the Sheffield neighborhood* for an approximate 2-1/2
month period for this year opposed to last year.
The total number of closed properties during this period is
20% greater than last year, 54 vs. 45.
The total number of contracts pending also increased in this period by
5.9%, 72 vs. 68. However, the total
number of properties listed during this period decreased by 12.5%, 120 vs. 135.
