2002 Real Estate Sales Top $135 million

Sheffield’s real estate sales* were $135,470,714 in 2002, up 12.6% over 2001’s sales of $120,328,242 while the number of transactions rose slightly, 25 in 2002 vs. 240 in 2001, or a 2.1% rise. That indicates that prices are up for the 2002 year.

However, prices of many properties reselling in a relatively short period of time (approximately one year) are not up. These are shown in the Multiples Sales section of my new 2001-2002 Sheffield Neighborhood Real Estate market Report.

Latest FYI’s
