2006 real estate transactions decline in Sheffield** The number of real estate transactions* in the Sheffield neighborhood** has dropped by 16%, the lowest in the last 10 years as shown on the accompanying chart. The number of single-family transactions dropped by 23%, condominiums by 8%, multi-unit by 68% and vacant land by 50%. The most significant decrease is the number of multi-unit properties because many have been torn down and have been rebuilt as single-family homes.
